No one can hear me - What to do?

In this guide we help you troubleshoot your microphone issues. First of all make sure you have granted permissions to your browser to use your microphone. If you need help for this step check out this guide.

If after allowing the microphone permissions, still no one can hear you, try closing any other background application that could be using your microphone, e.g., Microsoft TEAMS or Slack or Google Meet. Most of the operating system don't allow the microphone to be used by 2 applications at the same time.

Have granted microphone permissions, closed all other applications using your microphone, but still no one hears you?
Then the issue is in your live stream settings. Open the settings menu in the live stream room.

Here you'll see a list of all available microphones. Choose either the microphone of your device (built-in microphone) or if you are using headphones select the headphone (bluetooth microphone). Avoid selecting any microphone label as "Virtual" as this is the actual cause of your issue
